The Industrial Property Office of SR has announced that as of January 2019, the filings delivered to the Office will be required to contain an identification number of the participant and an identification number of the representative if there is one, pursuant to the regulation of Act no. 305/2013 Coll. on the electronic form of the exercise of powers of public authorities; also known as the e-Government Act.
