inventa patent and trademark attorneys are authorized to practice before the Slovak Industrial Property Office as well as before EPO and EUIPO. The office personnel does not only have a broad know-how and a long-time experiences, but they are also highly respected, regularly trained at the Slovak and Czech Industrial Property Offices and acted as Patent Office examiners.
Dagmar Čechvalová, a European patent and trademark attorney and the founder and head of inventa is a highly respected authority in the IP matters. She has trained many of the currently active Slovak EP attorneys and she was a long-time chair of the Slovak Chamber of Patent Attorneys. Mrs. Čechvalová is an active member of INTA, AIPPI and UNION.
Radovan Čechvala MBA, MSc. does not only participate in providing services concerning IP rights protection and enforcement but is also experienced in intellectual property assets valuation field.
Our team does include a specialist in the supplementary protection certificate proceedings, European Patent Attorney, Mgr. Katarína Makeľová and the legal and enforcement matters are being handled among others by JUDr. Lenka Székely together with many of our internal and external co-workers.
